SHIPPING & RETURNS

I use Sendle for all shipped items, Australia-wide and internationally. Sendle is 100% carbon neutral and provides a quick delivery time to most places around the world.

If you are local to Melbourne and want to forgo the shipping costs, you can choose Local Pickup during checkout and I can then arrange a time with you to pick up your item from a shop front in Richmond, 3121.

I endeavor to get all orders out as quickly as possible, and use express shipping on all orders as standard, however I cannot guarantee that holdups will not happen after your package leaves my hands.

AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING TIMES

Please note shipping is only available to home or business addresses. Shipping to a PO Box is not available. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES

Please note some countries will charge you a customs fee. Please check with your customs office before ordering. If you have ordered and customs holds your parcel you should be notified by them. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 2 weeks, please check your tracking and contact your local post office for assistance.

RETURNS

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on our products. However, if your items arrive incorrectly or are damaged during transportation, we are here to help. Please reach out to us at nat@handsofamaker.com with details and we'll assist you promptly.
